We want you to enjoy your stay with us, so we are closely following government guidance and taking extra precautionary measures to safeguard your safety and ensure peace of mind allowing you to enjoy your holiday.
What does this mean to you?
Prior to you stay, your rooms will be completely cleaned and sanitised using disinfectant to reduce any risk of exposure. This will be done in accordance to government legislation. All linen, and towels will be sanitised upon delivery to you but this also means we cannot offer a turndown service due to the complications and requirement to empty your room to do so.
We will also employ social distancing upon check-in and check-out between yourselves and our staff, and all interactions will be done while wearing protective masks and gloves.
The Benal Beach management has also taken precautionary measures to maintain social distancing throughout the resort. Social distancing markers have been placed around the open areas to ensure people maintain distance and pools will be cleaned more often for your safety.
Unfortunately, like every other resort, the situation does mean some facilities will not be available including the arcade and some outdoor eateries.
What should you do?
First and foremost, before coming to Spain, we do recommend you have travel insurance to guarantee peace of mind.
Also, be aware across all of Spain, it is mandatory to wear a mask in public areas including on public transport. Children under 6 years of age are exempt. Fines of up to 600€ can be issued if you fail to comply.
Kingfisher Apartments will offer all guests a complimentary mask on your arrival, plus we offer additional masks at cost price should you need to purchase more.
There are also a number of social distancing measures in place meaning 50% capacity in restaurants and bars, but the local businesses have adapted well so there is no shortage of place to eat out or have a drink.
