What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Smart-lock access means you can arrive 24/7 once the apartment is ready. Early check-in and late check-out are available from €30, subject to availability.
How does the smart lock work?
Before arrival, we send a personal access code and clear instructions. There is no key collection, and our real local team remains available if you need help.
Is travel insurance included with every rate?
No. Travel insurance is not included with our basic, standard flexible or any other rate. It applies only when you deliberately select and pay for the BeSafe Rate when booking. BeSafe costs more than the basic rate but less than our standard flexible rate. Full policy terms apply.
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes. From November to March we offer furnished one-bedroom apartments in 28-day blocks for up to two guests. Utilities, Wi-Fi and a weekly clean with fresh linen and towels are included, subject to availability and long-stay terms.
Are Kingfisher Apartments suitable for digital nomads?
Yes. Our digital-nomad stays add 600 Mbps Wi-Fi, separate living space, international TV, a private terrace and weekly cleaning to an easy Benalmádena base.
Are the pools open all year?
The outdoor pools and water park are seasonal. Opening dates are set by the Benal Beach complex and can vary with weather and maintenance.
Do the apartments have kitchens?
Yes. Every apartment has a practical kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery and the basics for an easy self-catering stay.
